Lemon is it?

I got this text from a good friend and brother. Judge for yourself. (I did not research any further on this subject matter...a real cure or just a mere placebo--lemon would eventually nourish your body with pure vitamin "C" and it's real cheap.)

The surprising benefits of lemon! This is the latest in medicine, effective for cancer!

Read carefully & you be the judge.

Lemon (Citrus) is a miraculous product to kill cancer cells. It is 10,000 times stronger than chemotherapy.

Why do we not know about that? (It’s) [b]ecause there are laboratories interested in making a synthetic version that will bring them huge profits. You can now help a friend in need by letting him/her know that lemon juice is beneficial in preventing the disease. Its taste is pleasant and it does not produce the horrific effects of chemotherapy. How many people will die while this closely guarded secret is kept, so as not to jeopardize the beneficial multimillionaires large corporations? As you know, the lemon tree is known for its varieties of lemons and limes. You can eat the fruit in different ways: you can eat the pulp, juice press, prepare drinks, sorbets, pastries, etc... It is credited with many virtues, but the most interesting is the effect it produces on cysts and tumors. This plant is a proven remedy against cancers of all types. Some say it is very useful in all variants of cancer. It is considered also as an anti microbial spectrum against bacterial infections and fungi, effective against internal parasites and worms, it regulates blood pressure which is too high and an antidepressant combats stress and nervous disorders. The source of this information is fascinating: it comes from one of the largest drug manufacturers in the world, says that after more than 20 laboratory tests since 1970, the extracts revealed that: It destroys the malignant cells in 12 cancers, including colon, breast, prostate, lung and pancreas.... The compounds of this tree showed 10,000 times better than the product Adriamycin, a drug normally used chemotherapeutic in the world, slowing the growth of cancer cells.
And what is even more astonishing: this type of therapy with lemon extract only destroys malignant cancer cells and it does not affect healthy cells.

Sashimi Tuna wrapped with Prosciutto

Introducing: Sashimi—Rolled Tuna/Albacore with Prosciutto
☺☺☺☺☺we’re preparing not cooking, lol!

What are we looking for? We’re looking for an appetizer that goes exquisitely with your light beer or white wine—chardonnay, which is perfect for especial evenings and hot summer nights. (Remember “special” is akin to small servings—the theory: small servings, by itself, is enticing and always creates the craving for more….)

Ingredients:
1.      Prosciutto—(@ Target)
2.      Tuna—(@Costco)
3.      Albacore—(@Costco)
4.      Green onion
5.      Wasabi—(@ Asian groceries)
6.      Soy sauce, Kikkoman
7.      (1) Lemon
8.      (2) Limes

First, what is Sashimi? It's thinly sliced, raw seafood--a Japanese cuisine, usually served with soy sauce and Wasabi (horseradish)
Second, what is Tuna? It's a red-meat fish from the deep sea water.
Third, what is an Albacore? It is a white meat tuna.
Fourth, what is Prosciutto? It's an Italian word for ham--usually used for a dry-cured ham that is sliced thin…
Fifth, for the others, I assume you know them, right?

Slice the tuna and albacore thinly (note: slice just enough, maybe 12 slices for a serving of three)
Cut the prosciutto half the width and length of the of the tuna slices

Roll the prosciutto loosely over with the tuna
Roll the prosciutto loosely over with the albacore
Slice the green onion about an inch in length
Slice the lemon and limes in quarters

Arrange the rolls in the inner part of the platter
Arrange the slices of lemon and limes @ the edge of the platter
Sprinkle the onions over the rolls
Put them aside, cover loosely, and refrigerate
Mix wasabi with soy sauce (Kikoman) in a small plate

Lol…serve and enjoy!
