Pork in Oyster/Sweet Chili Sauce


Introducing: Everyday yummy— Pork in Oyster/Sweet Chili Sauce

☺☺☺☺☺start to finish barely 25 minutes…you don’t even need to drive to your fresh produce market for the ingredients, lol!

What are we looking for? We’re looking for an easy, quick daily yummy. Good with Coca Cola and, of course, with your favorite dark beer and Cabernet Sauvignon if you will. (Four servings)

 Ingredients: (You may change to fresh ingredients if you like...liberty is yours)
1.       Two slices of Boneless Pork Loin Top Loin Chops (from Costco)
2.       Two table spoon of Olive Oil
3.      California Grown Minced Garlic (from Costco, in a plastic jar container)—sufficient amount to taste
4.      Dried Chopped Onions (from Costco, in a plastic container)—generous amount to add texture and taste
5.      Dried Rosemary--(from Costco, in a plastic container)—enough amount to add texture and taste
6.      Dried Oregano--(from Costco, in a plastic container)—enough amount to taste
7.      Dried Basil--(from Costco, in a plastic container)—enough amount to taste
8.      Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce (from any Asian market)—sufficient amount to taste
9.      Sweet Chili Sauce (from any Asian market)—sufficient amount to taste
10.  One small can of Mushroom (from Costco)
11.  Four tablespoon of Chardonnay, or any table wine
12.   Dried Parsley--(from Costco)—enough  amount to taste
13.   Freshly grounded Pepper (from Costco)—enough  amount to taste

The work:
     1.     Slice the Boneless Pork Loin Top Loin Chops thin slices
  1. Heat the Olive oil in a frying pan, the Wok is a better option—it’s bigger to work with and the heat is just better
  2. Sauté the garlic and dried onion into the Wok, until they change colors and smells yummy (about 2 minutes)
  3. Add the thinly sliced pork into the Wok, stir frequently until the pork change color (about 12 minutes)
  4. Add the dried Rosemary, Oregano and Basil
  5. Add the Oyster and Chili sauces—add gradually until it taste to your likings
  6. Add the can of Mushroom, wine, dried Parsley and freshly grounded Pepper
  7. Cook with a low fire for another six minutes or until fully cooked (simmering)
